The SBR wastewater treatment system of ATB is today an established product with more than 100,000 units sold and the unchallenged market leader in Germany, and Europe. Our exclusive licensing partner for the entire Canadian market  Canada, HCT Sustainables (HCT) has installed in 2017 the first pilot plant in Alberta/ Canada, and in 2018 the first ECOMAX system on a First Nation in North America. This system was installed in a public housing complex on the SHXW’OWHAMEL Nation in southern British Columbia. The SHXW’ŌWHÁMEL Nation (also known as the “River People”), is located on the famous Frasier River (with a world class salmon fishery) has selected ECOMAX and AQUAmax^® as it’s exclusive wastewater treatment technology. HCT is also working with the Grand Chief of 14 Alberta and Montana First Nations from the Blackfoot Confederacy. ECOMAX and AQUAmax^® have in addition been selected as the preferred wastewater treatment technology for these Nations. A wastewater treatment plant market without it is no longer the case.
