AQUAmax® PROFESSIONAL XL SBR wastewater treatment plant
This plant type has been designed especially for small residential developments and villages as well as for catering, hotel and commercial operations. Through the combination of individual modular configured SBR lines, wastewater plant sizes from 35-260 people can be provided. Depending on the connection size, the required sequence parameters and the individual conditions, the wastewater treatment plant is configured by standardised components matched for your application. With this, the system can be employed flexibly and, through the modular configuration, offers the advantage of high operational reliability. The PROFESSIONAL XL plant, in addition, is particularly maintenance-friendly, as all units can be removed individually and simply via the inspection ports. Maintenance tasks and repairs are thus possible without the tank having to be emptied. All components of the Aquamax Professional XL are UL certified for usage in the North American Market.

You can obtain the AQUAmax® PROFESSIONAL XL in two models, Type XL1 for single-line wastewater treatment plants up to 195 people and Type XL2 for twin-line wastewater treatment plants up to 260 people. Each control type is here manufactured identically and is prepared for all requirements and additional options.
The illuminated clear-text display with four lines, the modern menu management and the possibility of software update make this control unit into the true high-tech control centre of your wastewater treatment plant. Whether it is weekly running-times, manual interventions or function interruptions – each action is recorded in an electronic logbook, similar to the telephone book in your mobile telephone. Thus, for example, the responsible maintenance service can view and analyse the error messages by means of the stored events.
The series equipment for voltage failure detection UVS ensures that a drop in supply voltage does not go unnoticed. A control box heater with ventilator protects the electronic components from cold and moisture. The fusing of each individual unit via its own earth leakage circuit breaker increases the operational reliability of the plant and simplifies the search for faults, as faulty units can be deliberately switched off and all other functions remain unimpaired.
Naturally, with all this, ATB has thought about the future: Should the statutory requirements increase further, with the proControl© 2 you profit from all further developments through the update and expansion option. Through this the treatment performance of the plant is continuously improved. This is possible today using the AQUAmax® UV disinfection and the dosing station for phosphate precipitation. Further expansion options, such as the GSM nodule for automatic transmission of faults and fault remote acknowledgement are also already available.
